Digital transformation and the complexity of navigating our new reality in the COVID climate has ushered in a completely unique breed of challenges that project teams and problem solvers must face. Now, more than ever, it is important to merge the old school train of thought with hybrid strategies to forge the way forward.
While we cannot always control the hand that we are dealt, we can focus on different strategies to help diversify our skill sets and be better prepared to take action against whatever business challenges arise.
During our discussion, will be sharing a unique approach on how poker strategies come into play in project management.
