In today’s world with unexpected swings on availability of quality resources, we may discover that we have to take the square peg and refine it to perfectly match a round hole as we see fit. As Project Managers, there are times where to get the job done and the project fully supported we have to provide some personal leadership and mentoring to meet the true objective that we are in pursuit of.
PMI Credential Holders will be awarded 1.5 PDU's for attendance (0.5 strategic, 0.5 leadership, 0.5 technical)
Jesse L. Guillory currently works in Project Controls for Jacobs Engineering Group in Baton Rouge. His current project experience includes being the Engineering & Procurement Project Planner for multiple LLPO Projects for Shell Chemical Company, LP at the Norco Refinery Site. Jesse a native of Eunice, received his BS in Construction Management from LSU and his MBA from Louisiana Tech University He has 15 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry.
He has spent last 7.5 years gaining engineering project experience by working in a project controls capacity through various Petrochemical projects and clients. In addition to his full time career, Jesse also serves as an adjunct instructor at ITI College in Baton Rouge in the Construction Management Department where is currently teaches Planning & Scheduling and Project Controls
