As Project Managers, we encounter projects of all scopes, sizes, and risk levels across multiples regions, states, even countries. Although each project is vastly different, one thing remains the same: people are people and the nature of human performance can make or break the success of a project. How can we effectively manage projects and simultaneously manage project teams without letting the tail wag the dog? Why is it important to prioritize the health of our employee morale and is the investment worth the return? Topics to be covered include:

  • The Importance of Investing in Employee Morale
  • Effective Discipline Methods
  • Rewarding and Recognition

This presentation will count as 1.5 PDU's (Talent Triangle: Leadership) for PMI credential holders.
