So what is the key to successful project management? It is said “1 out of 5 projects fail due to the improper execution of this key element”.  Let’s strategically evaluate who are the stakeholders to a project and assess five common rules that can improve a project’s success rate.  These rules will be critiqued against a variety of industries, with the vision of providing tools and techniques that can be used to improve:

  1. Stakeholder Management
  2. Project Performance
  3. Personal Career Development.

This presentation will count as 1.5 PDU's for PMI credential holders.
